Wigan are a proven top flight football team. They have rocked the world of football by beating Manchester City in the Football Association Cup Final. A team who were expected to lose have triumphed in spectacular style. The best team won on the day. I hope that Wigan can stay in the premier league. The last two matches of the season will be a test of character and resilience.
There is bound to be speculation about the manager Roberto Martinez might be moving on to another club such as the vacancy at Everton. But I have a sneaky suspicion that european football next season maybe be quite tempting.
