Overnight the weather overcast with showers of rain.
Morning: Liesurly start to the day, late breakfast before pushing against the stream up the River Severn. five boats spotted on the move.
Afternoon: Arrived at Avon Lock in time for the lock keepers lunch break. Paid for an Avon Licence £50 for seven days. Penned up and moored up above the lock.
Evening: A quiet night spent watching television.

Birds: Dunnock, Magpie, Carrion Crow, Rook, Blackbird, Mallard, Mute Swan, Chiffchaff, Robin, Blue Tit, Great Tit, Pied Wagtail, Coot, Moorhen, Cormorant, Grey Lag Goose, Canadian Goose, Kingfisher, Great Crested Grebe, Grey Heron, Wood Pigeon, Kestrel, Herring Gull, Greater Black Backed Gull, Lesser Black Backed Gull, Black Headed Gull, Sedge Warbler, Swallow, House Martin and Swift.
Butterflies: Meadow Brown, Skipper, Comma.
Dragonflies: Banded Damselfly, Common Damselfly.
