Overnight the weather was overcast and cool.
Morning: Early start to the day, early breakfast and we were under way by 9:30 We encountered a few delays waiting for other boats to arrive at the locks. Though it is a river with water passing over the weirs, the lock keepers seem to want to delay movement through the locks.
Afternoon: A few boats on the move with a mix of plastic and narrow with a few dutch thrown in for good measure. Late Afternoon saw us take on diesel as the tank was getting a bit low.
Evening: The usual television and a cool beer.
